Please take a copy of your Flyaway Parking or Third party agent confirmation email with you on your day of travel and present this to our Flyaway Parking Gatwick representative.

Vehicles are parked at the owners risk and no valuables must be kept in the vehicle. Travel Extra Deals offers no warranty or indemnity as to the protection or safety of vehicles left in the car parking premises or any goods left within the vehicles and owners of vehicles are reminded that their own insurance policies must be utilised in order to make any claim if such loss or damage occurs while the vehicle is parked with service provider and was not directly the fault of the service provider. We do our best to tell you as much about available products as possible before you purchase. All product specific information is provided by Service Providers. Therefore, we can't always keep track of changes to how they run. If you find anything that's not completely accurate in our information, please tell us as soon as possible. Please get a printed copy of your email confirmation with you on your day of travel.

Departure Procedure

DIRECTIONS

Please call our operational number (which we will provide you on booking confirmation email) 25 minutes before reaching the terminal that you are flying from, and we will send our driver for you who will collect the vehicle from you.
We will then meet them as below instruction and check car for any damage or marks etc, Photos's maybe taken at this point. we will pay the parking fee's when leaving the car Park. 
The car will then be taken to the secure car parking area at the (Turning wheel) where it will remain until the collection will is required

DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS

South terminal:

Please follow signs to short stay orange car park level 1 and park in one of the bays next to the lifts, your driver will look out for you.

North Terminal:

Please follow signs to short stay car park 6, level 1 and park in one of the bays, your driver will look out for you

Return Procedure

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

ON RETURN please call our operational number (which we will provide you on booking confirmation email) when you have all your luggage, the car will be taken from the secure parking area at the Turning wheel and driven to the appropriate car park as above to meet the customer and hand over the keys. Customer needs to pay the parking charges of £4 when leaving the car park.

Please Note : Due To Change In Airport Regulation And Charges You Will Be Required To Pay The Airport Exiting Fee on Both Terminals

0 to 30 minutes: £4.00
After 30 Minutes: Normal Airport tariffs apply.

South terminal:

Please Follow signs to short stay orange car park level 1 your driver will park your car in one bay next to the lift.

North Terminal

Please Follow signs to short stay car park 6 - level 1 your driver will park your car in one bay next to the ramp
