All drivers are mature, uniformed, carry I.D. And are fully insured to drive your vehicle.
Disabled info
No transfers are needed, Meet and Greet will be an excellent alternative for disabled customers who would find it difficult to use transfer buses. Your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to you at the terminal on return.

Tyres are required to meet the legal limits.
Vehicle must have valid Road Tax.
Have sufficient petrol as it is parked off airport.
Vehicle must have valid MOT.
Vehicle must be safe to drive.
Vehicle restrictions
Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made.

Departure Procedure
South terminal
For South terminal when approaching the south terminal stay in the right hand lane and follow the signs for the short stay car park (pick up). On entering the barrier after taking your ticket you will proceed to the orange car park 3 level 1 (approved operator bays). Please make yourself known to the Sure parking driver in orange high viz jackets. This is also your meeting point on your return.
North terminal
For North terminal when entering the North terminal stay in the left lane following the signs for the short stay car park 5 (the first car park on your right after the barriers). On entering the barrier after taking your ticket you will proceed to the ground floor of car park 5 and follow the signs for (approved operators area). Please make yourself known to the Sure parking driver in orange High viz jackets. This is also your meeting point on return.
Note : Airport levy £10.00 pounds included.
Return Procedure
On return
When you have cleared passport control and have reclaimed all of your luggage please call the chauffeur number given to you on the confirmation email.
