Vehicles
Vehicle must be in roadworthy
condition / legal. If the chauffeur believes that your car is either unsafe or
not road legal then they may refuse to drive your car. No refund will be made
in these circumstances.
Parking is for vehicles that fit in
to a standard sized parking space. Extra charges may be applied for vehicles
that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with
Service Provider prior to booking.
Amendments
/ cancellations:
Allowed up to 48 hours prior to drop
off date. Admin charges applicable on cancellations. Check our terms for full
details.
If your return is delayed and
you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged.

Hints,
tips and additional info
Please take a copy of your
confirmation email with you on your day of travel. Please make sure to check
your junk/spam mail folders. You can also view you booking details in My
Booking section.
You must allow sufficient time to
drop off the vehicle and complete airport departure procedures. Please take in
to account traffic delays or breakdowns.
If you are late or early, please
call Service Provider as soon as possible so that they can rearrange drop
off/return and you are not kept waiting. Last minute changes or no advance
notice may result in delays to drop off / return times.

Service Providers had their car parks inspected/approved to required standards.
Any parking is at your own risk and
subject to service provider's terms and conditions, so we ask that you don't
keep any valuables in your car.
Check your vehicle carefully at
pickup and report any issues to driver and ensure these are logged on the paperwork.
Claims cannot be considered once your vehicle has left the terminal / car park.

Travel Extra Deals are acting solely as booking agents for the service providers and is only liable to the customer for their losses arising directly from its own negligence in processing the booking. Travel Extra Deals provides quotations by searching all the available service providers in our system. When you make a booking, you are deemed to have also read and accepted the specific company's Terms and Conditions. Although this website assists you in making a booking, your service delivery contract will be with your chosen service provider and not Travel Extra Deals. Any claims related to delivery of the car parking services including loss and damages must be made against the service provider and are subject to its terms and conditions as Travel Extra Deals does not pick up vehicles. A copy of which can be provided by the respective service provider. There will be no cancellation and no refund for the booking, made for the same day. Vehicles are parked at the owners risk and no valuables must be kept in the vehicle. Travel Extra Deals offers no warranty or indemnity as to the protection or safety of vehicles left in the car parking premises or any goods left within the vehicles and owners of vehicles are reminded that their own insurance policies must be utilized in order to make any claim if such loss or damage occurs while the vehicle is parked with service provider and was not directly the fault of the service provider. We do our best to tell you as much about available products as possible before you purchase. All product specific information is provided by Service Providers. Therefore, we can't always keep track of changes to how they run. If you find anything that's not completely accurate in our information, please tell us as soon as possible. Please get a printed copy of your email confirmation with you on your day of travel.
- Note : Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) is expanding across all London boroughs including Heathrow Airport from 29 August 2023.If you drive anywhere within the ULEZ, including the Heathrow Airport from 29 August 2023, and your vehicle does not meet the emissions standards, you will have to pay a charge of £12.50. Please make sure to setup AUTO PAY when coming to the airport to avoid any penalty tickets.The operator will not be liable in case you receive a penalty for not paying the ULEZ charge.
Departure Procedure
Please call us on: 0203 031 3100 or 0734 065 9277 when you are 20 minutes away from the car park.
When you arrive, park your car at the Drop off area and make your way to the reception with your luggage where a staff member will be available to attend you. You will have to leave your keys with us so your car can be moved to the secured area in the car park. On completion of all procedures, you will be transferred to the terminal which will take around 10 minutes.

Return Procedure
On Return Terminal 2
Once you have collected your luggage and you are about to clear Customs, please give us call. Make your way to the pickup area on Level 4 short stay car. The shuttle van will pick you up from there.
Terminal 3
Once you have collected your luggage and you are about to clear Customs, please give us call. Make your way to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, Row A. The shuttle van will pick you up from there.
Terminal 4
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please give us a call. The shuttle van will pick you up from the Short Stay Car Park on level 1.
Terminal 5
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please give us a call. Make your way to Level 4 short stay car park, the shuttle van will pick you up from Row R or Row S.
