Vehicles
Vehicle must be in roadworthy condition / legal. If the
chauffeur believes that your car is either unsafe or not road legal then they
may refuse to drive your car. No refund will be made in these circumstances.
Parking is for vehicles that fit in to a standard sized
parking space. Extra charges may be applied for vehicles that do not fit in to
a standard parking space and must be arranged with Service Provider prior to
booking.
Amendments
/ cancellations:
Allowed up to 48 hours prior to drop
off date. Admin charges applicable on cancellations. Check our terms for full
details.
If your return is delayed and
you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged.

Hints,
tips and additional info
Please take a copy of your confirmation email with you on
your day of travel. Please make sure to check your junk/spam mail folders. You
can also view you booking details in My Booking section.
You must allow sufficient time to drop off the vehicle and
complete airport departure procedures. Please take in to account traffic delays
or breakdowns.
If you are late or early, please call Service Provider as
soon as possible so that they can rearrange drop off/return and you are not
kept waiting. Last minute changes or no advance notice may result in delays to
drop off / return times.
Park Mark award / BPA approved service providers had their
car parks inspected/approved to required standards.
Any parking is at your own risk and subject to service
provider's terms and conditions, so we ask that you don't keep any valuables in
your car.
Check your vehicle carefully at pickup and report any issues
to driver and ensure these are logged on the paperwork. Claims cannot be
considered once your vehicle has left the terminal / car park.

Travel Extra Deals are acting solely as booking agents for the service providers and is only liable to the customer for their losses arising directly from its own negligence in processing the booking. Travel Extra Deals provides quotations by searching all the available service providers in our system. When you make a booking, you are deemed to have also read and accepted the specific company's Terms and Conditions. Although this website assists you in making a booking, your service delivery contract will be with your chosen service provider and not Travel Extra Deals. Any claims related to delivery of the car parking services including loss and damages must be made against the service provider and are subject to its terms and conditions as Travel Extra Deals does not pick up vehicles. A copy of which can be provided by the respective service provider. There will be no cancellation and no refund for the booking, made for the same day. Vehicles are parked at the owners risk and no valuables must be kept in the vehicle. Travel Extra Deals offers no warranty or indemnity as to the protection or safety of vehicles left in the car parking premises or any goods left within the vehicles and owners of vehicles are reminded that their own insurance policies must be utilized in order to make any claim if such loss or damage occurs while the vehicle is parked with service provider and was not directly the fault of the service provider. We do our best to tell you as much about available products as possible before you purchase. All product specific information is provided by Service Providers. Therefore, we can't always keep track of changes to how they run. If you find anything that's not completely accurate in our information, please tell us as soon as possible. Please get a printed copy of your email confirmation with you on your day of travel.

Instructions
From M4 junction 5 to Heathrow Park and Ride SL1 1YP as below :
On M4 junction 5, take A4 exit towards Slough, follow A4 London road for 2 miles until HTC roundabout on Wellington Street.
At the roundabout, take 1st exit to the Observatory Shopping Centre car park. Go through the barrier and follow the direction signs “Heathrow Park and Rideˮ to the upper level (2nd floor) of the car park.
On arrival
When
you arrive, park your car in one of the arrival bays where a staff will be
available to attend you. You will have to leave your keys with us so your car
can be moved to the secured area in the car park. On completion of all
procedures, you will be transferred to the terminal which will take around 15-20
minutes.
Return Procedure
On return
Terminal 2
Once you have collected your luggage and you are about to clear customs please give us call. Make your way to the pickup area on level 4 short stay car park. The shuttle van will pick you up from there.
Terminal 3
Once you have collected your luggage and you are about to clear customs please give us call. Make your way to level 3 short stay car park, row A. The shuttle van will pick you up from there.
Terminal 4
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear customs please give us a call. The shuttle van will pick you up from the short stay car park on level 1.
Terminal 5
Once
you have collected your luggage and are about to clear customs please give us a
call. Make your way to level 4 short stay car park; the shuttle van will pick
you up from row R or row S.
