Disabled Info
No transfers are needed, Meet and Greet will be an excellent alternative for disabled customers who would find it difficult to use transfer buses. Your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to you at the terminal on return.

Have sufficient petrol as it is parked off airport

Vehicle Restrictions
Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long).
Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made.

All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle.

Travel Extra Deals Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport. You need to call the service provider on your departure and return day..
There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for the booking, made for the same day
Every airport Service provider takes the vehicle and they park to their car park.

Any issues regarding parking service ( Delay, Damage etc. ) must be discussed with service provider.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES INSIDE THE VEHICLE, IF YOU DO ON YOUR OWN RISK THEN PLEASE TAKE A RECEIPT FROM THE DRIVER

Departure Procedure
ParkingBox Parking Procedures:
Please call our 24hr Parking Box office (details provided in confirmation email) when you are 25 minutes away from the airport. Your Parking Box Representative will then be dispatched to meet you at your departure terminal.
It is important for you to let us know if you are running late/early so that we can ensure that we are there to meet you in a timely manner.
Please follow the directions below to the meeting point at the airport terminal you are flying from. Please have your Booking Name/Reference and Return flight details to hand and check-in with your Parking Box representative.
On Arrival - Meeting Point Directions
LONDON HEATHROW TERMINAL 2 - (Sat-Nav Postcode: TW6 1EW)
Please call the ParkingBox office 25min before arrival on the number stated on your confirmation email.
Once you are at the Central Terminal Area follow signs to Terminal 2 and stay in the Right hand lane and pass under the 2.2 m height restriction. Go up the ramp keeping to the Right and follow signs to the Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. Approach any of the 3 barriers on your Right.
Please take a ticket and follow signs to Level 4 ‘Off Airport Meet and Greet’
Follow the one way arrows around the perimeter of the car park to the far end and park your vehicle in Rows A or B where your Parking Box driver will be waiting to greet you.
As there is only a 10 min window for Parking Box to collect your vehicle from this area, it is essential that all early or late arrivals are agreed with us prior to arrival.

Please call the Parking Box office 25min before arrival on the number stated on your confirmation email.
Once you are at the Central Terminal Area follow signs to Terminal 4 Short Stay Car Park. Approach any of the barriers.
Please take a ticket and follow signs to Level 3 ‘Off Airport Meet and Greet’

Please call the Parking Box office 25 min before arrival on the number stated on your confirmation email.
As you approach Heathrow Airport follow signs to Terminal 4 Departures Passenger Drop Off
As you go up the ramp towards Terminal 4, Keep your vehicle in the Left hand lane and enter into Lane 3 which is the furthest lane away from the Terminal, drive down the lane and at the end of the lane on the left hand side you will see a floor marked sign ‘Permit Holders’. Find a place to park up and your Parking Box driver will be waiting to greet you.

Please call the Parking Box office 25 min before arrival on the number stated on your confirmation email.
As you approach Heathrow Airport follow signs to Terminal 5
As you go up the ramp towards Terminal 5 Pickup & Departures point, Keep your vehicle in the Right hand lane and drive under the yellow height restriction.
Keep Left and follow signs for Short Stay Level 4, Approach the barriers.
Please take a ticket and proceed to Zone R &S where your Parking Box driver will be waiting to greet you

Return Procedure
On Return - Meeting Point Directions
LONDON HEATHROW TERMINAL 2 – Return Instructions
Once you have reached PASSPORT CONTROL, Please call the Parking Box office (Number stated on your confirmation email)
After leaving the Arrivals Hall, Follow sign for Short Stay Car Park
Take the Left hand set of lifts up to Level 4 (The 1st set of lifts do not stop on Level 4)
Your Parking Box driver will be waiting for you here.
Your vehicle will be parked in Row B in the ‘Off Airport Meet and Greet’ parking bay.
LONDON HEATHROW TERMINAL 3 – Return Instructions
Once you have reached PASSPORT CONTROL, Please call the Parking Box office (Number stated on your confirmation email)
After leaving the Arrivals Hall, Follow sign for Short Stay Car Park Level 4
Your Parking Box driver will be waiting for you here.
Your vehicle will be parked in Row A in the ‘Off Airport Meet and Greet’ parking bay.
LONDON HEATHROW TERMINAL 4 – Return Instructions
Once you have reached PASSPORT CONTROL, Please call the Parking Box office (Number stated on your confirmation email)
After leaving the Arrivals Hall, Cross the Road and follow sign for Short Stay Car Park and take the lift to Level 2
Your Parking Box driver will be waiting for you here.
Your vehicle will be parked in the ‘Off Airport Meet and Greet’ parking bay at the furthest point of the car park away from the Terminal building on the Right hand side.

Once you have reached PASSPORT CONTROL, Please call the Parking Box office (Number stated on your confirmation email)
After leaving the Arrivals Hall, Follow sign for Short Stay Car Park Level 3
Your Parking Box driver will be waiting for you here.
Your vehicle will be parked in Row R or S in the ‘Off Airport Meet and Greet’ parking bay
