Departure Procedure
TERMINAL 2

Terminal 2 Departure Instructions
• From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3
• Exit the tunnel, keep on to your right, passing the Central Bus Station, join the main ramp up to Terminal 2 and follow the signs to the Short Stay passenger pick up. Level 4
• Enter the car park form the right hand furthest barriers then follow the signs for off airport parking and park your vehicle in Row A/B.
• You will be met by one of our chauffeurs, who will have all your booking details.
TERMINAL 3

Departure Procedure for Heathrow Terminal 3
Once you come out of the main entrance tunnel follow signs for TERMINAL 3 VALET PARKING DROP OFF. As you come towards the terminal keep your vehicle in the right-hand lane. Park your vehicle in Lane 5 (furthest lane away from the Terminal Building/First lane as you approach into the forecourt) where the floor markings say PERMIT HOLDERS ONLY. One of our chauffeurs will meet you there with all your booking details.

Departure Procedure for Heathrow Terminal 4
Once you arrive at Heathrow Airport area follow signs for TERMINAL 4 DEPARTURE DROP OFF. As you go up the ramp towards Terminal 4, keep your vehicle in the left lane, and enter into LANE 3 (Furthest lane away from the terminal building). Park your vehicle at the end of this lane on the left-hand where the floor markings say PERMIT HOLDERS ONLY. One of our chauffeurs will meet you there with all your booking details.

When you approached the main ramp towards the terminal building stay in the right-hand lane and follow signs for SHORT STAY PASSENGER PICK-UP. Towards the left sign marked as LEVEL 4. Follow that lane towards the end and you will come to a set of barriers. Take a ticket from the machine and make your way to ZONES R&S. Park in the designated areas marked OFF AIRPORT MEET & GREET where one of our chauffeurs will meet you with all your booking details.

Return Procedure
Terminal 2 return Instructions
1. Once you have collected your luggage call the number given when your car was collected.
2. Make your way short stay car park 2, Level 4, and the vehicle will be parked in Row B.
(This is the same place you handed over the car on your departure)
Once you have picked up all of your luggage call the number printed on the return slip. Make your way to LEVEL 3 of the building taking a lift near the exit of the arrivals hall. Once you are at level 1 take the bridge towards the short stay car park. Then take the second set of lifts from the car park level1 to level 3. Make your way towards ZONE A of the car park to collect your car.
Return Procedure for Heathrow Terminal 4
Once you have picked up all of your luggage call the number printed on the return slip. Make your way out of the arrivals hall towards the short stay car park. Cross the road passing the bus lane and the taxi lane and enter the short stay car park. Once you are in the car park building make your way to Ground Level exit lane next to payment machines to collect your car.
