Service Description “Paige Park & Rideâ€:
Paige Airport Parking is located 4 minutes from J10 of the M1 and provides a Park & Ride service to London Luton Airport. The Car Park operates a 24 hour customer reception, and provides complimentary 24 hour shuttle bus transfers direct to the Airport terminal. Established in 2012 and having already parked over 300,000 cars to date, Paige provide safe and reliable parking for 1,200 vehicles and hold the police accredited Park Mark® Award.

Vehicle will be valet parked and you will be required to leave your keys
The Car Park accepts Passenger Cars only, with a maximum of five persons permitted to use the free Airport transfer service.
Booking Amendment/Cancellation:
Bookings may be amended up to 24 hours before your stated arrival time.
Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before your stated arrival time, subject to £9.95 administration and payment process fee.
Airport Transfers:
Paige provide direct 24 hour transfer to the Airport Terminal, using their our own fully branded shuttles.
Paige operate the latest Mercedes mini-coaches, all with 3 point seatbelts, leather seats and air-conditioning for your safety and comfort.
Airport transfer time is 12 to 15 minutes – please allow 20 minutes for Shuttle Departure/Collection.
Larger luggage items may be loaded into the Coach boot, enabling you to board the Shuttle luggage free (Please note: Bike Carriers & Skies are not permitted)
Paige have a dedicated and signed Bus Stop in Zone E of the Airports new Ground floor passenger drop off zone, with direct undercover access to the Airports Departure terminal.
All drivers are professional Public Service vehicle operatives and hold current Driver CPC certification.
Late Return:
A daily overstay fee (charged from 0000 hours) applies at a rate of £10 a day (incl. VAT) payable on return to the Car Park.
Parking Extension:
A vehicle can only be parked under a single booking reference and once checked-in parking dates cannot be amended.
Any bookings subsequently placed, will be deemed invalid and will not override the original ‘live’ booking reference, under which a vehicle is already parked.
A booking is only valid for a single entry/exit.
Early Return:
A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required when returning on an earlier return date. Failure to notify the Car Park directly at enquiries@paigeairportparking.com will result in a £25 early retrieval charge.

Take first slip road to the left - signposted St Albans A1081
Take first exit at roundabout - signposted St Albans A1081
Proceed through a tunnel and take second exit at the next roundabout – signposted St Albans A1081
After 100M turn right to Slip End – signposted Paige Airport Parking
After 0.5 miles turn left to Slip End – signposted Paige Airport Parking
On entering Slip End village, turn right at the traffic lights into Grove Road – signposted Paige Airport Parking
After 100M turn left into access road – signposted Paige Airport Parking
Continue straight on until reaching our main entrance – please do not turn right into Air parks

At Roundabout take first exit – signposted A5183 Dunstable
Continue on A5183 until reaching traffic lights and turn right – signposted Luton
On entering Slip End village turn left at the traffic lights – signposted Paige Airport Parking
After 100M turn left into access road – signposted Paige Airport Parking
Continue straight on until reaching our main entrance – please do not turn right into Air parks

Disabled Facilities & Assistance:
Paige Airport Parking will take all reasonable steps to accommodate disabled passengers, please notify them of your requirements.
An Airport passenger assistance point is located 100 metres from the dedicated Paige Terminal Bus Stop
Please note, Paige operate 16 seater Mini-coaches and are unable to accommodate wheelchairs at this time.
Terms of Business & Liability:
Paige Airport Parking will not accept claims for loss or damage, with the exception of collision damage caused by a parking operative.
Claims cannot be considered once your vehicle has left the car park. Claims for environmental contaminates, surface scratches, suspension, interior marks, tyres or windows cannot be considered.
Vehicle images are automatically captured on arrival †please ensure you STOP at the ‘RED TRAFFIC LIGHT’ and wait for a GREEN light before entering the Arrival lanes (Note: Vehicles images are deleted after 3 weeks).
Should your vehicle develop a mechanical or electrical fault, you remain responsible for its resolution and the onward transportation of your vehicle and party members.

Arrival Procedure:
Ø On entrance to the Car Park, please STOP at the RED traffic light so that ANPR data and external vehicle images may be captured.
Ø Proceed to any of the FIVE vehicle drop off lanes, in front of the Customer Reception unit.
Ø Please enter Customer Reception and present your booking reference or car registration number.
Ø The Customer Reception team will provide a 'Return Card' featuring return instruction and booking summary.
Ø You will be given a Shuttle departure time, typically within 20 minutes of check-in.
Ø It is recommended that you arrive at the Car Park 30 minutes before your Airlines earliest check-in time.This service is provided by Paige Airport Parking Ltd
Return Procedure
On return
Return Procedure:
On exiting the Arrivals terminal, turn left and proceed to Terminal Car Park 2, which is signposted as the 'Customer Drop Off / Collection Area'.
On entering the ‘Collection Area’ proceed directly ahead to Zone E, and wait the signed Paige Bus Stop.
On reaching the Paige Collection Point – please call on airport duty no to request collection – please allow up to 20 minutes for a Shuttle collection.
On return to the Car Park, please enter the Customer Reception and present your Return Card to receive your keys and vehicle location.
Your vehicle will be waiting in the nearby collection bays ensuring you of a swift departure.
