Disabled Info
No transfers are needed, Meet and Greet will be an excellent alternative for disabled customers who would find it difficult to use transfer buses. Your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to you at the terminal on return.

Departure Procedure
Departure Procedure:-
- As you enter the Luton Airport exit, please take the second exit at the roundabout (with the Holiday Inn Express on the left hand side). Continue driving forward towards the Main terminal building.
- The road will continue under a bridge, and will flow into a one-way roundabout. Follow signs for short stay parking (3rd exit on the main roundabout). The road will split. Please follow the SHORT STAY CARPARK.
- Take a ticket from the barrier and enter the short stay car park
- Continue driving forward and park in the designated Meet & Greet pick up/ drop off point which is next to the PAY MACHINE.
Return Procedure
Chauffeur will deliver your vehicle to the agreed pick-up point at the airport at the same point where you dropped your vehicle.
