Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made.
Insurance
All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle.
NO HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS
Due to the Department of Transport and Vehicle Licensing (DVSA) Laws, our minibuses are only permitted to carry 8 persons, therefore should the numbers in your vehicle exceed 5 persons, there will be a surcharge of £20 payable to the car park upon arrival.
Departure Procedure
ARRIVAL PROCEDURE
On arrival at the car park, check in at reception with your return flight details, booking voucher and CAR KEY ONLY. Board the free courtesy bus, which drops off/collects in the fast pick up lanes immediately outside all 3 terminals.
Return Procedure
Return Procedure :-On your return please give a call to Hunters Park & ride once you have collected all your luggage.
