All  drivers are mature, uniformed, carry I.D. And are fully insured to drive your vehicle.

Disabled Info

No transfers are needed, Meet and Greet will be an excellent alternative for disabled customers who would find it difficult to use transfer buses. Your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to you at the terminal on return.

Tyres are required to meet the legal limits

Vehicle must have valid Road Tax

Have sufficient petrol as it is parked off airport

Vehicle must have valid MOT

 Vehicle must be safe to drive

Vehicle Restrictions
Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). 

Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. 

Insurance

All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle.

Vehicles are parked at the owners risk and no valuables must be kept in the vehicle. Travel Extra Deals offers no warranty or indemnity as to the protection or safety of vehicles left in the car parking premises or any goods left within the vehicles and owners of vehicles are reminded that their own insurance policies must be utilised in order to make any claim if such loss or damage occurs while the vehicle is parked with service provider and was not directly the fault of the service provider. We do our best to tell you as much about available products as possible before you purchase. All product specific information is provided by Service Providers. Therefore, we can't always keep track of changes to how they run. If you find anything that's not completely accurate in our information, please tell us as soon as possible. Please get a printed copy of your email confirmation with you on your day of travel.

Departure Procedure

Arrival procedure for Manchester PPS Meet and Greet

15 minutes prior to arrival at the airport, call the chauffeur to let him know that you are running on time. They will arrange to meet you outside the airport terminal at a designated area. Once there, they will help you unload your luggage and take your car to be stored at a secure car park for the duration of your trip.

The departure times given are the times the chauffeur will have scheduled for you; any other times cannot be guaranteed.

Return Procedure

Please  call the chauffeur on your return. Let them know you have collected your luggage and cleared customs. They will be waiting at a pre-arranged designated area with your vehicle.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform PPS of any change to the return time.
