Overview Stansted Easy Parking aim to give you a more personal and friendly experience for business and holiday parking at London Stansted Airport. A family owned business and has been operating from Stansted Airport since April 2003 after identifying the need for a more personal, efficient and effective way of parking at London Stansted Airport. Customer will be required to handover to the driver £3.50 in cash when dropping off vehicle. Customer also responsible the exit fee on return. Why Book This Parking Space? Entry fee FOC you will be required to pay the £3.50 Exit fee on return. The car will be returned to you at the terminal when you return If you are running late or early just phone us and we will reschedule your meeting time to suit your requirements Exceptional customer service with 8 years experience . This service operates between 04:00 to 23:45. Only make a booking if your meeting times arrival and departure are within this period any delays will be dealt with by our team so do not worry! If a booking is made knowingly out of these specified times a £10 levy will be charged on return.
This fee is to cover the cost of charges now being levied to all Off Airport Meet & Greet operators at stansted to use the new designated collection areas within the short term car parks, £5.00 per car has been added to your booking.

Disabled Info No transfers are needed, Stansted Easy Meet & Greet will be an excellent alternative for disabled customers who would find it difficult to use transfer buses. Your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and
brought back to you at the terminal on return.

Vehicle Restrictions
Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made.
Insurance
All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle.
Note: Entry fee of £5.00 in cash on arrival paid to driver,also you will be required to pay the £5.00 on exit yourself. opening hours are between 04:00 - 23:45 and only book schedule landing times if only within these parameters! regarding delayed flights we will wait until 02:00 AM ONLY otherwise the customer will be required to wait till 04:00 AM if this is not suitable please do not book this product

Departure Procedure
On Arrival Please phone the number on your confirmation email twenty minutes before your arrival at Stansted to confirm your drop off point of which there are two, and to make sure our driver is there to meet you on time. If you do not give us a twenty minute call this may delay your booking in time AND COULD COST YOU EXTRA MONEY. Also if you are running early or late please keep us informed so we can help you! If you are asked to enter the Orange car park when you are making your twenty minute call, the directions are below! From all major roads: please follow the signs to short term car park Stansted Airport, enter the short term road and stay in the right hand lane, go pass the bus station on your left and the next car park is the ORANGE, enter this car park collect a ticket and follow the outer perimeter this will bring you to row A & B next to the four pay machines, you will be booked in here, please have your exit ticket to hand

Easy parking now have the facility to charge your electric car while you are away free of charge! (Customers must bring along all relevant charging cables.)
Return Procedure
On Return:-
After you have collected your entire luggage and you are through Customs only then, call the number provided on your confirmation email. You will then be given directions either to the front of the terminal building known as the express set down zone C by the two flag poles or the short stay! YOU HAVE TEN MINUTES FROM THE TIME OF THE PHONE CALL TO EXIT OUTHERWISE THE AIRPORT WILL CHARGE YOU A £50 LEVEE! If asked to make your way down to the ORANGE short stay car park go to row A&B unless otherwise advised. You are responsible for all exit fees! At the time of vehicle collection on your departure day you would have been issued a receipt for your vehicle, please have it ready to hand over to the driver, if lost please have your passport as proof of ownership!
